Remodels & Additions

Remodeling is a great time to install a Gary’s VACUFLO system in your home. Whether you’re remodeling down to the studs or just adding a room, you’re going to want to keep your “new” house as clean and fresh as the day it was built. And with a VACUFLO Central Vacuum System from Gary’s VACUFLO, you can! We can even install the system in existing “un-remodeled” parts of your home so you can reap all the health and convenience benefits a Central Vacuum has to offer.

Already have a Central Vacuum and you want it extended to include your remodel or addition? No problem! Even if Gary’s VACUFLO didn’t install your original system, our experienced installers can extend your homes piping to include the additional square footage.

4 easy steps to install

Step 1. Call Gary’s VACUFLO to get a free quote or submit online. After gathering some basic information, one of our friendly Territory Reps will provide you with a quote and some recommendations/options for your home. This will include the ideal Power Unit for the size of your home, accessory packages, VacPan options, retractable hoses, etc.

Step 2. Set a date for “Rough-in”. Ideally this will be at the same time as the electric wiring is being installed. Rough-In is simply when we install the vacuum tubing portion of the system. This is often called a “Pre-pipe.”

Step 3. Set a date for “Trim”. Ideally this will be after sheetrock, flooring, and cabinetry have all been installed. Trim is when we install working valves and the Power Unit to complete the system. If you opt to just pre-pipe, trim is when we will install blank plates to cover the inlet valves.

Step 4. Set a date for your in-home demonstration. When you know your move-in date, give us a call and we’ll set up a convenient time for dropping off your accessory package and giving you a full demonstration of how your new system works. This will include the maintenance and care of the Power Unit, how to use and maintain the accessories, and a full explanation of your warranty.
