One-Year Complete Satisfaction Guarantee

All GENUINE VACUFLO components purchased and installed by Gary’s VACUFLO come with a One Year COMPLETE Satisfaction Guarantee.

If, during this period, our customer is dissatisfied for any reason, we will replace with like kind or remove the VACUFLO equipment. If we remove the equipment, we will refund the full purchase price.

This guarantee is in addition to the Factory LIFE TIME Limited Residential Warranty.

LIFETIME PLUS 1 LIMITED WARRANTY

All permanently installed components of the VACUFLO Filtered Cyclonic Central Vacuum System are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home of original installation or until the system is removed from its original installation, whichever occurs first.

In the event of a defect in permanently installed VACUFLO components, an authorized VACUFLO dealer should be contacted. The dealer will repair or replace (at our option) any defective part or parts at your location at no labor cost for a period of one (1) year. Thereafter, repaired or replacement (at our option) part or parts will be provided to you for any items under warranty. Filter cartridges are not covered under warranty and should be replaced yearly.

VACUFLO cleaning attachments including: turbine power brushes, non-electric hoses, wands, tools and tool caddies are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care for thee (3) years from original date of consumer purchase. Electric power brushes and hoses are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care for one (1) year from original date of consumer purchase. In the event of a defect in a VACUFLO attachment, a repaired or replacement (at our option) part will be provided to you for any item(s) under warranty. There is no warranty for consumable items such as light bulbs, belts, and beater brushes.

The Lifetime warranty begins on the date of the original purchase of the unit. This warranty specifically excludes, and there is no warranty on original or replacement filter cartridges, and further excludes any damage due to shipping and handling or damage due to installation or faulty installation.

In order to obtain coverage under this warranty, an owner must provide proof of purchase. In addition, to recover under this warranty, an owner must have provided normal care and maintenance of the unit including, but not limited to, replacing the pleated filter cartridge as needed and recommended in the owner’s manual.

THIS WARRANTY IS A SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED. THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND THERE IS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SYSTEM.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitations of warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

All permanently installed components of the VACUFLO Built-In Central Vacuum System are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use and care as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home of the original installation or until the system is removed from its original installation, whichever occurs first.

In the event of a defect in permanently installed components of the VACUFLO System, an authorized VACUFLO dealer should be contacted. The dealer will repair or replace (at our option) any defective part or parts at your location at no labor cost for a period of three (3) years. Thereafter, repaired or replacement (at our option) part or parts will be provided to you for any items under warranty.

All VACUFLO accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care for three (3) years from date of original consumer purchase. In the event of a defect in a VACUFLO accessory, the accessory will be repaired or replaced (at our option) at any authorized VACUFLO dealer location at no labor cost for three (3) years. There is no warranty for consumable items such as light bulbs, belts, and beater brushes.
