For new construction, the installation process usually occurs in two steps:

2. Trim – Ideally done after flooring and cabinetry is installed, we will install the valves and power unit of your central vacuum system. We can also give you a demonstration of the system at this stage.

Our central vacuum Do-It-Yourself valve kit is designed to provide enough pipe and fittings to install each valve. The number of kits you will need depends on the square footage and layout of your home. If necessary, one of our Customer Service Reps can help you determine this.
When installing piping in existing homes, more pipe and fittings may be required due to the inability to pipe the “ideal” route. To accommodate this, additional kits or pipe/fittings may be purchased.

Complete installation and set up times vary depending on the size, application, layout and difficulty of access. Once the system is installed, our friendly installation techs will provide a full demonstration of how your new system works. This will include the maintenance and care of the Power Unit, how to use and maintain the accessories, and a full explanation of your warranty.
