Preferred Customer Program

In 2014, we developed our Preferred Customer Program, which essentially puts most home owners central vacuum system on auto pilot for as long as they own their home. As long as you are a member of the Program, we’ll keep it in good repair and operating at peak performance and all you’ll need to do is empty the dirt canister and/or replace the filter or replaceable bag.

You receive all of the above for only a $97 Membership Fee and $9.97 per month. This is a great way to make sure your central vacuum system will always work at peak performance.

Premium VacuCare Service

An additional Service/Labor Contract that begins at the end of the Manufacturer’s (H-P Products) Labor Warranty. This covers your power unit, piping, and valves. Normally $149 for only 2 years, with this program, you will have coverage indefinitely for as long as you’re a member.

FREE 20 Point Service Checkup

Recommended every 3 years, our Customer Service team will send you an email reminder to schedule your FREE checkup every 2 years. One of our highly experienced Technicians will inspect and service all components of your power unit, valve and piping system, and your accessories. A 20 Point Service Checkup normally costs $149.

15% Discount on Accessories

Use our website (www.garysvacuflo.com) or call our Customer Service team at 503-772-5430 to select your desired products and place your order. Because you’re a Preferred Customer, we’ll promptly ship to you for free. Of course, you can also stop by our Design Centers to purchase immediately.

FREE Power Head Service

If your power head is making a funny noise or broken, bring it in to one of our Design Centers and one of our Customer Service experts will service it for you, often while you wait; normally a $25 charge. And, if any parts need to be replaced, you’ll be able to use your 15% discount.

FREE Clog Removal Service

Clogs don’t happen often, but when they do the service call can cost a minimum of $125.00 Call our Customer Service Team at 503-772-5430 and we’ll schedule the first available technician out to diagnose and remove the clog.

FREE Replacement Bags/Filters or Maintenance Kit

At your request, we will mail or deliver replacement bags (up to 6/yr), filters (1/yr) or maintenance kits (1/yr) to you. Because you’re a preferred customer, both the products and shipping are free; a value of $35 – $55 per year.


*Your first free 20 Point Service Checkup will be available after your second year in the program.
